OMG I WAS SO FAT LAST YEAR.



Ok, so this is me RIGHT BEFORE I came home for summer break. Hideous. I don't even know what happened. I lost weight when I came back from winter break, then I gained it all back by the time I had to go home. Family reactions?- How did you gain so much weight!? Okay, I guess it do know what happened. Studying + eating a lot of bad food = fat MG.

Okay now here is a more recent picture. Ya, I know I'm not little miss skinny yet (oh how I love my curves... I have a perfect hourglass figure according to my tailor) but it's an improvement. Want to here the worst part of my fatness? My arms were as large in circumference as my boyfriend's. SAD SAD SAD MG!!!!

So here is my pledge, never again will I be victim of food. No matter how good it tastes I will never eat gluttonously. It's just sick. I pledge to keep learning how to eat right and *try* more to exercise. Ugh too bad I'm lazy.




Tip of the day:
You know how you're mom always told you not to drink your beverage before you eat- because it might spoil your appetite? DRINK IT. DRINK IT ALL! AND ASK FOR MORE. But drink water. It's free at restaurants , it has ZERO calories, and it cleanses your palate. Therefore, you enjoy your food more.
